Tata Motors introduced the Aeris sedan in India as a refreshed version of the Tigor compact sedan.

Pricing and trims

The Aeris is priced between ₹5.29 lakh and ₹9.74 lakh ex‑showroom. Buyers can choose from five trim levels: Smart, Pure, Pure+, Creative and Accomplished.

Design updates

All trims receive extensive exterior and interior revisions. The front fascia, rear bumper and lighting clusters have been restyled to align with Tata’s current design language.

Inside, the dashboard layout, upholstery options and colour schemes have been updated, giving the cabin a more contemporary look.

Styling similarity to Tiago

The Aeris shares visual cues with the current Tiago hatchback, including a similar headlamp shape and body line treatment. The shared design cues create a cohesive family appearance across Tata’s small‑car range.

Powertrain options

The model continues to use a 1.2‑litre naturally aspirated engine. Customers can select either a petrol or a CNG version of the engine.

Transmission choices

Both fuel options pair with a five‑speed manual gearbox or an automated manual transmission, giving buyers flexibility in driving style.
