The rally reflected optimism about earnings outlooks in the semiconductor and biotech sectors, as well as renewed advertising demand for digital platforms.

Energy and logistics stocks led the downside, pressured by lower crude prices and concerns over freight volumes.
Broad‑market indices also posted gains. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.52% to 34,562.10, while the Nasdaq Composite added 1.43% to 15,678.90.
